RETURN

You can return your unopened package or product with tag on within 7 days of your purchase. Also attach receipt for proof of purchase. We cannot offer you a refund or an exchange after 7 day return period.

In case you’ve received a defective item, get in touch with us at support@caseu.in with details of your purchase and the reason of return. Once approved, you can send back the product to:

Upon receiving the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email whether you are entitled for return. If approved, you will get a refund of the entire purchase price. The refunded amount will reflect in your bank account within a reasonable number of working days.

 

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

EXCHANGE

Exchange of purchased items is possible only in case of defective or damaged product. So if you’ve purchased a defective product, promptly contact us at support@caseu.in with details of the product and mention the defect. Once approved, you can send back the product to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email whether you are entitled to a replacement. If approved, you will get a replacement product.

EXCEPTIONS
  • Products dented or scratched or defected while using/ after use does not qualify for a refund or replacement.
  • Note that not all items are eligible for a refund or exchange.

**Refunds exclude shipping and handling charges as shown on the invoice. Shipping charges must be prepaid by you and any loss or damage to hardware during shipment will be your standing.
