Thank you for buying a CASE U product and taking your precious time to register it online. Your registration aids us to keep you informed on product information and upcoming offers. This will also help us to serve you in a better way in case of a warranty claim.
What do I need to get started?
  • All you need is your general information- including name, address and phone number.
  • Also, the product name and order number for each piece you purchased from us.
  • Further, provide an email address, which we will use to send you confirmation of your registration.
WHAT DOES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVER?
This Limited Warranty covers any pre-purchased (i.e., already existing) defects in material or product itself. Also, any defect that develops over the time under a normal use, but within the Warranty time Period. During the Warranty Period, CASE U will repair or replace your product, at absolutely no charge.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods purchased from caseu.in, and CASE U’s products purchased from amazon, flipkart, PayTM, or snapdeal.

WHAT DOES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY NOT COVER?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that are caused by:

  • Conditions, malfunctions, misuse, or damage not resulting from defects.
