Orders and Returns

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
  • Select the size, color or quantity if necessary
  • Add the product in your shopping cart
  • Now you can continue shopping or check your shopping cart’s contents, by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner.
  • Then you can check out if the products in the cart are sufficient as per your requirements otherwise click CONTINUE SHOPPING.
  • Choose Login if you already Registered Customers on our site; or Choose to Sign Up if you want to make an account.
  • Fill in the complete shipping address details.
  • Select Payment Methods.
  • Click on PLACE ORDER button.
After that you will receive confirmation message against your order.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER? HOW DO I CREATE ONE? 

Having an account is not essential as you can select Checkout as Guest to complete an order without logging in. Any orders placed as a guest require you to manually enter your address and payment information and will not be saved for future reference.

To speed up any future orders you can create an account which allows you to save your address details securely. Creating an account can be done as you checkout by selecting New Customer or Sign Up on the website. You can also create an account just click on the link.

IS THERE WISHLIST OPTION FOR PURCHASE IT AT ANOTHER TIME?

You can add the products you are interested in to the "Wish list" and purchase it at another time (please note that you must be a registered user for the product to be permanently saved on the list).

To view the wish list, log in to caseu.in by entering your username and password, then click on "Your Account" button on the menu on the top. In the next step, select "WISH LIST" and then "Saved" from the tabs of the left.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

To make changes to your order, please reach out to support through the helpdesk or you can cancel or change your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website...
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
