2. APPLICABLE LAWS

This website is designed and controlled by Grasp Internet. The Laws of India shall apply and courts in New Delhi/Delhi shall hold jurisdiction in respect to all terms and conditions mentioned.

Grasp Internet reserves the rights to make changes to the website and terms & conditions at any time as they deem fit without communicating about the same to the clients and customers.

4. INDEMNIFICATION

Upon making a purchase at CASE U, you agree to indemnify, defend and harmless the firm, officers, employees, affiliates, consultants, and agents, from third party claims and liability.
