BEFORE YOU CLAIM

• Submit your warranty claim form with all the necessary information.
• Receive an email with shipping instructions.
• Ship your CASE U product through the courier of your own choice and afterwards, receive a package with your replacement product.
• The Complete process might take up to 08-12 working days.
• We will send you confirmation of your registration for product warranty claim.

WHAT DOES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVER?

This Limited Warranty applies to physical merchandise bought from caseu.in, as well as from other e-commerce platforms like amazon, flipkart, PayTM, or snapdeal.

WHAT DOES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY NOT COVER?

This Limited Warranty doesn't cover any defect that are brought about by:

• Conditions, breakdown of product or damage not coming about because of deformities in material or workmanship.

After getting your claim, CASE U would take two business days for a reaction. After the delivery of your defected item, we will carry a deeper examination. A Return Authorization Number (RMA) will be given to you.

Note that clients are liable for charges required to ship the defected item to CASE U. If a replacement PO is created to replace the items during the interim of the RMA process, please send a prior reference of this replacement PO number in the “Description of Failure Field”. Credit can be applied to this order after approved warranty.
