• You can cancel the order by logging in to your www.caseu.in account.

The order can be cancelled only if the product has not been shipped.

Once the product is shipped it cannot be cancelled.

 • If the product return request is raised within 7 days of the delivery date of the product then we will create a reverse pickup from your address (Service available on certain Pin codes). In this case, you have to pack the product and paste the shipping label sent by our team on your return package.

If the product return request is raised after 7 days of the delivery date of the product then product needs to be shipped by customer to below mentioned address of our warehouse.

CASE U General Defect Warranty:

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship of the product. Defect is defined as an imperfection or flaw that is produced by a manufacturing error. Accidental drops, installation failures, etc. caused by the owner are not covered under this warranty.

• This limited warranty is only valid in India, and the product is not eligible for any international warranty service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, warranty service may only be performed by CASE U or CASE U authorized service centres.

• CASE U may conduct diagnostic tests on customer’s product to identify the causes of failures/defects.

All terms and conditions for any and all warranties are subject to change under the sole discretion of CASE U.

• Products purchased from unauthorised resellers

• Lost or stolen products

• Products purchased over 12 months ago

• Accidental Damage

• Intentional physical damage

• An order number of Amazon.in or of any other marketplace for a purchase made through CASE U.

• A dated sales receipt from an authorized CASE U Reseller that shows a description of the product along with its price.

• If you made your purchase through Amazon, we may be able to locate your order using your shipping address with Pin code.

• If you made your purchase through caseu.in, we can locate your order using your email address or phone number.

• If you made your purchase through an authorized CASE U Reseller, you may contact the Reseller to see if they can provide a copy of your receipt.

• If the product was a gift, you may ask the giver to provide you with a copy of the receipt or claim the warranty on your behalf.
